Principles of cooperation:

In order to meet our Customers’ current needs, we mediate in the recruitment of many specialists both in Poland and abroad. We are responsible for the entire recruitment process: placing job advertisements, choosing applications, meetings with selected persons and signing employment contracts with the best Candidates.

Stages of the recruitment process:

Step 1 Submitting of a CV by e-mail, fax or mail.

  • After submitting your CV by e-mail, you will receive an acknowledgment to your e-mail address.
  • We guarantee confidentiality and discretion to all candidates taking part in the recruitment projects and registered in our database.

Step 2 Making a preliminary selection of applications according to the criteria set by the Employer.

Step 3 Contacting the selected Candidates by phone, pre-verification of the information contained in the CV.

Step 4 Candidates qualified to the next stage are invited for an interview at our company’s office. We organise the tests of professional competences during the meeting if it is provided for in the recruitment procedure.

Step 5 Application documents are prepared basing on the interview with the Candidate, verification of references or results of tests of professional competences. Next the application documents are forwarded to the Employer.

WORK IN POLAND

Step 6 Candidates qualified to the next stage are invited for an interview with the Employer either at our company’s office or at the Employer’s office /depending on our Customers’ individual needs/.

Step 7 Candidates are informed about the decision of the Employer.

Step 8 An employment contract is signed between the Employer and the Employee.

  • All Candidates participating in the recruitment process are guaranteed confidentiality and discretion.

WORK ABROAD

Step 6 The Candidates qualified to the next stage are invited to take part in a video or teleconference with the participation of the Employer.

Step 7 The Candidates are informed about the decision of the Employer.

Step 8 The approved Candidates sign employment contracts before leaving the country.

Step 9 We coordinate the departure abroad of the Candidates. Our colleagues on the spot assist with arranging formalities in foreign offices.

  • We offer our help and assistance to the recruited Employees also after starting cooperation with a certain company.
