The appropriate competency models, that is models prepared according to an individual business profile of a customer, ensure proper fulfillment of particular job duties and thereby achieving the company’s business goals.
The competency model, on which the employee evaluation is based, takes into account the requirements of a company and its employees and directs their development at the long term goals of an organisation.
