Preparing of the model is based on the customer’s business objectives, values and rules of conduct which define the expected company’s way of functioning.
The appropriate competency models, that is models prepared according to an individual business profile of a customer, ensure proper fulfillment of particular job duties and thereby achieving the company’s business goals.
The competency model, on which the employee evaluation is based, takes into account the requirements of a company and its employees and directs their development at the long term goals of an organisation.
