Details of the recruitment process: for a company manufacturing components for the furniture industry we searched an experienced candidate who should take the post of Sales Director. Our Customer paid a special attention to practical skills of a candidate related to developing of plans and sales policy, managing of a team as well as establishing relations with business partners.
