Details of the recruitment process: for our Customer we completed the project related torecruitment of a person who will be managing of the Export Department – from the stage of development of sales strategy for the market of Western Europe through negotiations with any key B2B partners to implementation of the sales plans. We focused on the most important advantages of a candidate: ability to manage a team and pursuit of strategic objectives. A thorough knowledge of English was also a key factor.
