Recruitment for the post: Country Sales Manager
Details of the recruitment process: the aim of our operation was to find an employee who will launch and develop a brand throughout the whole country. A prerequisite for employment of a candidate was experience in building of relationships with B2B customers in the textile industry, production of packaging or food processing. The experience of candidates in development of sales, backed with numerous proven successes, as well as the in-depth knowledge of English was a key factor for our Customer. We successfully completed the project – we found the candidate who met all substantive requirements as well as was fluent in English and German language.
